If a Boivin journal ever fails due to a flaw in our craftsmanship — a seam that lets go, hardware that fails, a material defect — we'll repair or replace it, free, for as long as you own it.
Natural aging, patina, and everyday wear aren't defects; that's the leather doing exactly what it's supposed to.
What's Covered
- Seam or stitching failure
- Hardware defects or failure
- Material defects
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear, patina, and natural aging
- Scars, bite marks, scratches, color variation, or other natural marks inherent to full-grain leather
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
